The Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey announced that there were delays in the review and finalization processes of work permit applications due to the upload of inappropriate photos. In the statement made by the MoLSS, it was stated that the photos must be biometric in order to prevent delays.

How the photo must be?

The photo of the foreigner must be taken from the front side, face-open, in color, and within the last 6 months. Also it must have a white (biometric) background. So that the foreigner can be easily identified.

The photo to be uploaded to the system must be in passport size and the background must be white. The photo must be fully loaded without cutting, cropping, or reducing.
