Minimum wage amount for 2022 announced!

Effective as of January 1, 2022, the net minimum wage has been updated as 4.253.40 TRY.

Accordingly;

GROSS MINIMUM WAGE	5.004,00 TRY
SSI PREMIUM % 14	700,56 TRY
UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE PREMIUM % 1	50,04 TRY
TOTAL DEDUCTIONS	750,60 TRY
NET MINIMUM WAGE	4.253,40 TRY

In December 2021, three trade unions Türk-İş, DİSK and Hak-İş had stated that the minimum wage to be valid in 2022 should be determined in a way that would ensure a decent living standard, taking into account the developments in the economy.
